Going for God

Sheilagh Jebb's parents were pioneer CMS missionaries in Nigeria in the 1910's to the early 30's. Sheilagh herself became a CMS missionary nurse to the same part of Nigeria in 1950 and served there for 26 years before completing a further 13 years with CMS in the Yemen, the Sudan, Sierra Leone and the Gambia. Sheilagh, a relative of Bishop John Jebb of Limerick, lived in "retirement" in Ballyholme, Co Down from 1992 until her death in November 2011.
