
Shrimad Rajchandra (1867–1901), considered by Jainists as one of the most enlightened saint and poet of recent times, is recognized by them as the ideal symbol of ‘clarity, purity and holiness as it should be’. This is best reflected in his literature captured in the scripture ‘Vachanamrut’. It is a leading scripture of research, attracting several interpretations and translations.
