THE BULGARIAN PIANO CONCERTO OF THE 2nd HALF OF THE XX CENTURY. SIGNS OF THE GENRE

The book is a research of the state of the Bulgarian piano concerto in the second half of the XX century. The attention is concentrated on the the signs of the genre. Six of them are defined and their application and function is analyzed in specific works. The book also contains rich knowledge of the European musical history and provides a detailed view of the Bulgarian professional musical development of the XIX and XX century and the composers works' inheritance of this period.
