Evaluating Leadership and Management Skills in the Context of Business Sustainability

This capstone project aims to evaluate leadership and management skills in the context of business sustainability. The project will use a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative data to identify key leadership and management skills required for sustainable business practices. The study will collect data from both leaders/managers and employees to understand the leadership and management skills currently in practice and to identify areas that need improvement. The project will explore how leadership and management skills contribute to business sustainability by examining the relationship between these skills and business performance metrics such as revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and environmental impact. Additionally, the study will examine the impact of leadership and management training on the development of sustainable business practices. The findings of this project will contribute to the existing literature on leadership and management skills in the context of sustainable business practices. The results will provide insights for businesses to understand the importance of leadership and management skills for achieving sustainable business practices and to identify areas where they can invest in training and development.
