¶ A short novel that's half romantic comedy (keep in mind that romantic comedies are rarely all that funny) and half science-fantasy, the science-fantasy half being homage-y in places, or maybe everywhere. Takes place in November of 2019. It's slightly shorter than it looks: the last twenty-five pages or so are notes that you probably won't want to read (but might). ¶ This pdf is or should be the same as the one used to make the paperback version of this book; it's not formatted for any particular screen. In other words, it's for printing out or reading on a laptop/desktop. *_The print's too small to be practical for an e-reader or phone._* ¶ The actual date of first being printed is July 31, 2022. This version from 2024 has a few slight corrections. ¶ The cover-art is called Skyflow’r Sunday, and is also by me, and is also in the public domain. ¶ Like all or nearly all my books, this one contains so-called explicit content: I always tick the box for warning people of that, but sometimes it doesn't take, so I'm also telling you here. In fact, while most of the people I've known well would find this book tame, I think I'd like to add the Monty Python bit about how if you're among the easily offended you should do us both a favor and not read it. Because while I don't think it would offend anyone else, I'm pretty sure this would offend the easily offended. ¶ If this isn't free (as in beer, but as in speech too), something went wrong. Should be free. In fact, it should have been free the whole time it was up here, but some years ago they changed the way you make pdfs free and I didn't see it and thought they weren't letting me offer them for free anymore. Sorry.
