This notary journal is perfect for notary signing agents. The heading of each page contains a space for the date of entry, fee, and miles traveled. Each journal entry contains a section for up to two signers' names, addresses, phone numbers, I.D. Types and numbers, a signature line for each signer, and thumb print box. Below the signers' information there is a space to enter in the date of entry, document type being notarized, document description, and initials of signer(s). Add up to fourteen document entries for one or both signers. At the end of each entry there is a section for any notes that you would like to add.
