With Love and Other Lies

Hannah, divorced mother of two boys, lives a life of suburban respectability until her world is turned upside down by two major events. Her father's stroke in Spain prompts her to re-examine her childhood and the events that led up to them almost being strangers; whilst an encounter with the long lost love of her life threatens to pull the blanket of respectability from under her feet. Hannah struggles to keep the two worlds from imploding into each other until a dreadful turn of events takes these decisions out of her hands. The story examines relationships and the love that binds them together - each new relationship that unfolds involves another set of secrets and lies that serve to protect and control. Hannah's story begins with betrayal and ends with her learning to live with the consequences of her own betrayal of others.
