CHANGE GOVERNING SYSTEM by SPIRO HAXHI

Spiro V Haxhi a Albanian American author, was born on 1944 and grew up in a country devastated by the World War II. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science In Mechanical Engineering in 1967. Haxhi worked in Albania and USA as an inspector, manager and researcher. His passion of which he has dedicated the last forty years oh his life to, has been pursuing the logic and mathematics definition of leading concept of quality, and promote the general welfare clause of US constitution. Haxhi published: Quality Quantification Theory (2020), Quality and General Welfare Codification (2014), Promote the General Welfare Political Economic System (2019), In USA and Teoria e Sistemit te Mireqenis (2014) and Algoritmi I Jetes (2020) in Albania. Haxhi has Recognition Award GSFN from SPSC Certification Service-UK (2022) and Visionary Leader Award from Law 2.0 Conference Las Vegas USA in 2023. In this book the author shares with readers, true basic laws that leads any individual in life. Although these laws are known naturally by any individual, are unknown by human sciences and therefor are equated with false laws. Lack of knowing the PGW Òpromote general welfareÓ true law of life, is the cause of leading business with false laws of growing profit-value and GDP. Governing business and economy with false laws, is the root cause of all problems of humanity and nature. Therefor shifting from growing value-GDP to promoting quality-GWF governing law in business and life is simple solution to fundamentally improve life of humanity and build a much better world together.
