A long forgotten artist who was popular in the first half of the 1900s. He was an illustrator for Life and other magazines. While in New York he was commissioned to do murals for places like the Friar's Club and the Russian Club. A large collection of his paintings and personal papers languished in Connecticut in a niece's basement for forty years. It is with his niece's kind permission that the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center in Meriden, Ct was allowed to produce this beautiful catalog of his work.
