THE ARCHER

After the death of the serial killer, The Scarecrow and the Grim Reaper, Lieutenant Greg Manners and his homicide detective squad thought they could settle down with regular routine crime. But it was not to be, for on the horizon came another deadly killer, as viscious as the other two. He called himself, THE ARCHER; and his motive was both puzzling and almost impossible for the detectives to fathom.
