Wordy Women Writers

This is a collection of excerpts from longer works written by women during the nineteenth and early twentieth century. Included in the collection are twelve women writers who have contributed greatly to American literature. We can learn a lot from them. The writers found within the book are: Jane Austen, Emily Bronte, Charlotte Bronte, Louisa May Alcott, Lucy Maud Montgomery, Willa Cather, Mary Shelley, Virginia Woolf, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Harriet Martineau, Harriet Beecher Stowe, and Mary Roberts Rinehart.
