The exercise can be established in a few minutes and can be practiced on a ongoing assignment to transcend towards higher levels of consciousness. The exercise also comes with this reading material which develops the personal philosophy of the reader. This reading material is to aid the practitioner in ways of Psyche Qi and how the meditation works.
