Onward & Upward: A History of the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers

Every day, law enforcement officers face an all-to-real hell on Earth, looking into the faces of people whose lives are ravaged by drugs, shattered by bad decisions, swimming in confusion and chaos with little hope. Every day, many officers see the same thing in the mirror: confusion and hopelessness stemming from the isolation of seeing the worst aspects of humanity day after day, leaning only on each other for comfort and understanding. In the midst of that hopelessness, a handful of officers discovered they shared a tighter bond in Jesus Christ. For nearly 40 years, God has used the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers as vessels, reaching out along the thin blue line to share Christ with cops and criminals with the hope and healing pouring from the Gospel Message. Today, they continue to serve as His soldiers spreading peace and good. And this is their story.
