Stony Ground

It is the Summer of 1985 and, on the riot torn streets of Brixton, 18 year old David Mendoza is only interested in one thing - finding the identity of his father. In a village in Sussex, detectives Melchett and Henderson are on the hunt for a double murderer. At Southampton University, Graham Pinder is trying to re-invigorate his once promising academic career, while his wife, Mary, has started an exciting new career and now wants her independence.
