TALLSHIPS RACE IN STAVANGER

The last remaining tall ships in the world arrive to Stavanger in Norway in 2005. Some pictures illustrate the event and these fantastic ships as they depart from the Harbour a summer day in 2005.Since the Cutty Sark Tall Ships’ Race in 1997, the Port of Stavanger has gained valuable experience in organising major events in its harbour. It is therefore with every confidence of a successful event hosting, that the Port of Stavanger is one of the organisers of the Tall Ships' Race in 2004.
