Mth 1110 H 1130 H Calculus 1 a C Honors

This six-trimester calculus course (11th and 12th grades) will prepare students to take university physics series and advanced mathematics courses at the university level. It covers functions and models, limits and derivatives, differentiation rules, applications of differentiation, integrals, application of integration, and techniques of integration. To ensure that students thoroughly understand and retain the relevant mathematical concepts, they will complete all homework exercises in each section of the textbook. In order to give the students a good foundation in problem solving, they will work on one logic problem every other week.
