Did you enjoy creative writing at school but have not put pen to paper since? In 2008 a small group of friends and acquaintances formed The Headington Writing Group. They meet every month setting a writing challenge and discussing the previous month's results.
Just Words is a collection of some of their best and most interesting writing. It includes poems, science fiction, short stories and memories on a range of themes from shoes to sudoku. Enjoy reading them; you might even be inspired to start writing again yourself!
The costs of publishing have been met by the group so that every penny raised will go straight to Reading Quest, a local charity.
