RECYCLING WEALTH IN AMERICA

Status by birthright is as alien to economic democracy as it is to our system of political democracy. It is time to evolve the outdated inheritence laws and practices which perpetuate economic aristocracy in America. Proposed herein is the long term conversion of the economy based on a fundamental change in the philosophy of inheritence. Strangely, while the notions presented are populist in nature, the changes throughout the economy that are seen to result will please persons of almost all political points of view.
