Soft Skills for the Industry

The objective of the study is to assess the role of soft skills in human capital theory and explain the differences in soft skill acquisition in Oman across different activities and skill groups. Being quasiexperimental, the research design includes not only quantitative analysis but also qualitative case studies and in-depth narratives to showcase the relevance and relative contribution of soft skills in contrast to hard skills in the improvement of human capital.
