Hotel Parys

Ceillidh is a young woman whose life takes an improbable turn after her husband dumps her over the phone. She leaves her parents and everything she thinks she knows in Scotland, and sets off to find peace at a hotel in the sleepy heart of the land of her birth. It is when she arrives that Hotel Parys comes alive with intrigue as the skeletons that made her leave South Africa in her childhood tumble out of various closets. Alana is the hotels engine and a self-confessed recluse with a mouth for Africa and the surrounding islands; if change was oxygen Alana would be allergic to it. Hamish is Ceillidh's grandfather; he is a wealthy polygamist with four daughters in as many continents. His passion for his work and the restrictions of the law draw him deeper into the darkness until he stumbles upon redemption.
