Tacey Raye Raulerson became 2008 Miss Tough Enough To Wear Pink Four States Rodeo Queen to represent cancer survivors. The 9-year has become a spokesperson and encourager for cancer survivors and children with special needs. This book chronicles her journey to become a rodeo queen and her many activities since.
