The year is 2178 and the world has been wasted by a Nuclear war. The fortunate and well off in Australia have migrated to the Oasis; a reclaimed paradise in Central Australia. Those who couldn't afford to move now exist in the decaying ruins of the coastal cities/ In Bankstown, south-west Sydney, a fierce power struggle between two warring crime-factions rages. Caught in the middle are the inhabitants, trying to eke out some sort of an existence, the derros, and the increasing hordes of Glor-E addicts who will stop at nothing to get their next fix. Into this wanders Mission the Psychotic Cyborg. Will he bring hope in this delicate situation or push it completely over the edge into chaos ?
