Make You Own Tortillions

Art supplies can be expensive – but they don’t need to be. This is the method I use for making my own Tortillions, and they don’t cost me a dime! I use newsprint for the construction (it blends much better than regular paper). I get “roll ends" from my local newspaper FREE! One roll end can make thousands of these little things.
