Nichiren’s sangha series Lay followers: Toki Jōnin

There has been intensive research about Toki, primarily by Risshō University (Nichiren Kyōdan Zenshi), Takagi Yutaka (Nichiren to sono montei), Nakao Takashi (Nichirenshū seiritsu to tenkai) and others. While these contents have yet to made available in English, this research explores about Toki and his network of relationships as of one of Nichiren’s earliest converts and closest friends.
