Ninety-six year old Thelma Rousseau Little tells of growing up on a farm in the piney woods of east Texas, marrying, spending years following jobs across three states as the wife of a construction worker and mother of two girls, then returning to her roots twenty-nine years later. When a freak flash fire almost took her life shortly after their retirement in the early 1970's, she defied all odds against her survival and lived to tell this story more than three decades later.
