From the Editor's Note section: Welcome to the first (and maybe only) issue of Page 3.5 by TheOuterLinux. In this edition, we are taking an exclusive look at PsychDOS, a desktop environment for FreeDOS, MS‐DOS, and DOSBox users, as well as other projects by TheOuterLinux. In other words, this particular issue is more or less of a way to brag about some things I have spent a long time on and act as a quick guide for PsychDOS but in an old computer magazine‐like way. Basically, I wanted to create something unique using only free and open‐source software to go along with PsychDOS’s initial release. There could be more of these in the future, but I am not sure yet. By the way, this version IS slightly different from the PDF version included with the PsychDOS desktop environment and the one available for free on the PsychDOS page at psychoslinux.gitlab.io. Improvements have been made here and there in regards to decoration, some additional or updated information has been added in certain places, there are a few grammatical fixes, and the license is NOT the same as the free version. Psst... Just in case you care, the "FlView" and "FontEdit" categories in the Graphics section are out‐of‐order. I unfortunately only noticed this at the last minute, after already adding the Table of Contents and Index section, so this is most likely never to be fixed. Whoops...
