Terri and her husband has spent years’ answering questions from Shih Tzu owners from around the world and is the author of “The Shih Tzu Files.” Terri is a graduate from St. Mary’s Academy, Portland, Oregon. She is a Certified Dietary Manager, University of North Dakota. Terri is also on the Board of Directors to the St. Anthony Foundation.
