Ellsworth Kalas' The Grand Sweep and other research materials, Harrison and his congregation charged boldly through the Bible from stem to stern. This book contains his musings along the way, combining humor with scholarship, in an attempt to understand and communicate the message of the Bible to our contemporary world. Pastor Tom Harrison was born and schooled in Oklahoma, and has worked as a Disciples minister since 1981. Hillcrest Christian Church has been his happy home since 1998. Come along and join in the fun!
