When Missouri Governor William Ulysses Stovall and his wife attend a conference in Montana, they plan a simple hike to Hidden Lake in Glacier National Park. Stovall’s security team, led by Lieutenant Kacey Underwood, weigh the hazards they face and implement a plan to keep them out of harm’s way. But CHANCE plays a role in the equation.
