Business Anthropology: New Progress in China

All these chapters have outlined how business anthropology has developed in China and what issues and topics Chinese business anthropologists have handled. Chinese business anthropologists have conducted fieldwork and ethnographic studies from cities to rural areas, from east coast provinces to remote west mountain provinces, and from China to Africa. They have provided concrete examples to show that the sustainable development of the economy or business firms cannot succeed without taking local cultural factors into account. They have proved that anthropology can contribute to economic or business development for a better world in the future.
