Mystagogical Study of the Eucharistic Fast

This study analyzes the history, theology, and spirituality of the Eucharistic Fast. Starting with sacred Scripture, it moves through the historical development of the practice, and then concludes by interpreting the current fast. The intention of which is to provide the reader with a deeper understanding of the fast, so as to transcend the mere legalism often ascribed to the practice.
