Mindfulness training 101 – Exploring mindfulness along ancient Eastern Europe and Asian trade routes
Trapped in Smolensk Russia until Viking Goddess Freyja and then Captain Thor shows up to assist in an escape down the Dnieper River, through war torn Ukraine to their base in the Black Sea. From there the escape continues East with the assistance of five additional guides who lead the author of The Road to Smolensk (2013) along ancient Eastern European and Asian trade routes to India. The journey takes them to the Caspian Sea, through the Khyber Pass, the Himalayas, Amritsar, Rishikesh, Delhi, Bodh Gaya, and ¬finally along the Ganges River to the port city of Calcutta. Throughout the adventure each guide shares both history about the territory and maybe more importantly wisdom about the chakras, yoga, meditation, breathing, and other mindfulness tools to survive the wilderness
