The last year has been interesting though, in that my step-sister Janet has caught up to the rest of the girls in the 'physical' department. She was slow developing compared to the other girls and was always worried about being ‘flat' Sometimes she would even confide in me about it. But not this year, there was no doubt anymore as she filled right out and now had nice full breasts.
