10 Little Individuals

This work is the first in a series of guidebooks dedicated to intercultural analysis and cultural investigation. The three levels of theory in this intercultural analysis and reflective questioning method are: "10 Little Individuals," "10 Incrementals," and "10 Indigenes." This series is kaizen in nature, and therefore in perpetual development and adaptation. This is a fitting technique since the subject it is investigating - culture - is also a living, evolving entity. The first applied guidebook is "10 Little Americans," which is presently available. The series concept plans a three level treatment of all major target cultures, as well as other non-ethnic cultures and issues, such as corporate cultures and diversity issues. This theory guidebook is the first prototype in the method and is still under development. It is the first small step towards a proposed intercultural communications paradigm shift.
