F.E. "It's a state of mind"

Tony works in a college of further education and nothing he does seems to have any purpose. If that’s not bad enough, he secretly loves a girl he sees in the pub each week but she just thinks he’s a weirdo. So, what is the point of it all? To be with the girl? To leave his job?
