Metro Philadelphia Plan for the R0

A vision plan for the Metro Philadelphia R0, a transit solution linking the surrounds of Philadelphia. The concept is proposed as a way of fostering significant economic development while creating a regional park system and reducing auto dependency throughout the region. This concise, approachable book focused on the R0 was compiled by two of the members of a Delaware Valley regional transportation planning effort.
