Cities throughout the world will balance questions regarding growth and ecological sustainability as they proceed towards development and economic enhancement. This document will address these issues in one of the first European settlements in the new world, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The goal will be to outline a master plan for the province with a 20 year timeline objective.
