This book is the first of two volumes containing transcripts of most if not all of Sangharakshita’s many question-and-answer sessions with a wide range of his disciples including Order Members and Mitras, male and female, in Britain and abroad, and new and old. Many of the sessions were held during the very early days of the Triratna Buddhist Community and Order (the F/WBO as it was then known), and they offer a fascinating glimpse into the formative years of a new Buddhist movement. Rather than studying a set text, most are open sessions where a very wide range of issues are raised and explored.
