This story is based on a diary the author kept during the seven years in India at the ashrams of the two greatest spiritual masters of our time. The first one, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, had to smile at her only once for her to give up her life in the USA and join His ashram in the south of India. Although being aware of His gentle care on the non-physical level, she realized that Sathya Sai Baba wasn't going to take notice of her otherwise and during the three years with Him her longing for a word or even only a look from Him became larger than life. Why had He called her so late, with hundreds crowding the ashram? But Sri Sathya Sai Baba being known for His 'miracles' made one more miracle happen and fulfilled her most secret wish: to live in close contact with yet another avatar, the by then young and relatively unknown Bhagawan Sri Bala Sai Baba who had just started His mission in His small ashram in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, not far away, and who already waited for her to arrive.
