Valentino Straser (Parma, Italy), is an associate scientist at the International Earthquake and Volcano Prediction Center (USA). He presented his studies and research in the most important international conferences: India, Australia, Russia, South Africa, Africa, Europe (Italy, France, Austria) and USA. Seismology is a powerful tool for the study of earthquakes, but it is not able to say what happens when the waves are emitted and therefore we lack something fundamental to understand the physics of earthquakes, so we must rely on an experimental approach. The Radio Direction Finding System, created by Gabriele and Daniele Cataldi, stands as a candidate to test the conditions of tectonic stress, identify its origin and understand when the seismic triggering will take place. A study that perhaps one day not too far away will allow us to predict earthquakes, instrumentally measuring the "precursor" signals that precede the disaster.
