Self Management Team

The leaders are people that have charism, build trust, and they are able to see the big picture. Therefore, the objective of this essay is share my learning plan to know what skills I need to become a leader and how to improve my leader skills to achieve it. Before to do a learning plan, is very important to know what we have to improve, learn and develop and know the current status for each objective. Firstly, manage and understand the politics, leadership and influences power, Secondly, know weakness, strengths and opportunities of the project and thirdly, have clear and achievable goals. My reflection is this one: My life is a puzzle of moments; every moment is a personal project and I am its Project Manager. In addition, the member of my family are my project team members. In the same way, as a project leader, you have to be clear, conscious and transparent in the communication aspect. In summary, a leader has to create a confidence environment with their team.
