Font Aid IV, sponsored by the The Society of Typographic Aficionados (SOTA), brought together nearly 400 type designers, graphic designers, and other artists from around the world to create the font “Coming Together” to benefit the victims of the January 2010, Haiti earthquake. The font consists entirely of ampersands, to represent the idea of people coming together to help one another.
All money raised by the project is being donated to Doctors Without Borders to help with their relief efforts in Haiti.
