The 2007-2008 Policy Debate Negative Casebook Print Edition

This book contains 5 arguments that enable you to tackle a majority of affirmative's on this year's topic from several angles. The World Health Organization counterplan utilizes the international authority of the United Nations to tackle public health emergencies and avoids disads to United States action. Two of the disads included in the book function as net benefits to the counterplan: Aid Trade-Off (arguing that increasing funding for the plan will trade off with poverty reduction programs) and China (arguing that American influence in Africa damages US-Chinese relations).
