Was it not a priority to break this grave old silence? Was it not a priority to reveal my love to you, Quandalia? Was it not a priority to defeat tyranny? For I live in Trimontium, a City which is ruled by tyranny. My name is D, D for drummer. I am the drummer of a rock 'n' roll band. We play rock 'n' roll in our totalitarian City where rock is banned. We also like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. He symbolises enlightenment and freedom. His work is a metaphor for revolt against fanaticism and ignorance. That is the reason why we do admire Mozart. Today is the day; the day when we shake the system, the day when we undermine tyranny. As a tribute to Mozart, today is Amadeus Day.
