Spurned and insulted Hackney and Partner Deloris Pillsbury enter the race to collect the huge recovery fee. With McTrite's masterful cunning, Douglas is no match. Douglas will earn his nick name. No one knows a prominent Mafia connected family, victims, has hired Carlos "Psycho" Rossini to find the embezzlers, extort the money and waste the pair. The chase takes the characters to Key West, Paris and Monte Carlo. "Psycho" is famous for using a shock vest to torture his victims. He never fails. Thus, the ever present intrigue: will McTrite find the embezzlers before "Psycho" does?
