Fortran 95 Using F is a
tutorial introduction to Fortran 95 using the F subset of Fortran, consisting of its modern features. It does not contain many of the error-prone features of the full language. It is ideal for learning Fortran and also for developing new programs, where a consistent style and portability are important. Because F is a subset of Fortran, everything learned about F is also valid for Fortran 95 and all programs that are written in F will compile on a full Fortran compiler.
The book contains many complete examples and exercises.
The electronic version contains many links
(contents, index, cross references, etc.) and
if the book The Key Features of Fortran 95
is available, links from it to Fortran 95 Using
F will be active.
