Very Aware

Jesus gave me a child and then an angel. My child Hannah lives on and is very aware of me in the spirit world. This book conveys this message of hope through art and manuscript In mortality, Hannah was autistic with limited communication skills, living very much in her own world. We loved her and were devestated when she unexpectedly passed away (from complications of a seizure disorder) in July of 2022. She was fifteen years old. God has been my support. I testify she lives, and is with Jesus. This book, 'Very Aware' is also designed to help my children comprehend and process their sister Hannah's death. I have learned from raising Hannah, that little children, and those with intellectual disabilities (like Hannah was) do not have strong frontal lobe processing skills. By repeating social stories, children can learn to organize, label, and remember information associated with a social situation, or a life event. This fortifies children, giving them more knowledge and emotional security. I am thankful LuLu has made publishing 'Very Aware' possible. May you also be blessed by reading her story.
