A college dropout, Hugh, struggles to sustain his Baltimore photography studio. Even in the economic tranquillity of 2005, Hugh dreads seeking a real job and ditching his dream of being a world-class photographer. He also craves admiration from Bianca Nero, his aggressive crush, whose wealthy parents indulge her modelling hobby.
