Death takes the human body and releases the soul to return to God from which it came. The bible says, “Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it” (Ecclesiastes 12:7 NASB). What is death? It is separation of the spirit from the body. Those who have caught a glimpse of the other side through near death experiences claim that life is more real than the physical life and world we currently living in.We were created with an immortal soul. We are forever beings. We are going to spend eternity somewhere, where’s it going to be? No one likes the thought of dying but it’s an issue that we must all deal with.
