St. Bess Movements

“St. Bess Movements – Bringing a Splendoshous Weekend in Your Avenue” is a book that describes some of the things that Winsome Antoinette Ebanks AKA Rainbow Talents is bringing and trying to bring to the parish of St. Elizabeth. The idea of “St. Bess Movements” originally came to Rainbow Talents as she was trying to plan a radio and television program to financially boost the parish of St. Elizabeth. Her intention was first to promote the capital town of Black River and then move to other areas. However, because of some unforeseen events she decided to move the program to Newcombe Valley Primary School where she has a large fan base.. This fan base ranges from the very young to the very old. Henceforth, the prospect for the program at Newcombe Valley Primary School is much higher.
